Make a Valorant-style title image
Your name can only change characters, but a thumbnail, banner or Discord server icon can use any font. This draws your text in a free look-alike typeface and saves a PNG. Anton: a free condensed sans close to the tall, narrow headings.
Look
Unofficial look-alike, not the game’s own font or logo. Fonts: Anton, Black Ops One, Cinzel, Jersey 10 (SIL Open Font License).
What font does Valorant use?
| Where | Typeface | Can you get it? |
|---|---|---|
| VALORANT logo / wordmark | Custom lettering drawn for Riot Games | No official font file. The “Valorant” fonts on free font sites are fan recreations; check each one’s licence before commercial use. |
| Big headings, agent names | Tungsten (commercial, Hoefler&Co.) | Paid licence. Free condensed look-alikes such as Anton or Oswald get close for edits. |
| Menus and smaller UI text | DIN Next (commercial, Monotype) | Paid licence. DIN-style free grotesques are the usual substitute. |
| Your in-game name | The game’s UI font | You can’t change it. You only choose the characters, which is where the styles above come in. |
Because the logo is artwork rather than a typeface, no generator can put the actual Valorant lettering into a username. For thumbnails and banners, the title maker below uses Anton, a free condensed face with a similar tall, narrow build; for your name, use the Unicode styles above.
Riot ID rules
- A Riot ID is game name#tagline. The game name is 3–16 characters; the tagline is 3–5 letters or digits.
- You can change it every 30 days from your Riot account page, and the same ID is used in Valorant, League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics.
- Riot rejects many decorative characters. Small caps and faux-Greek pass more often than maths-bold letters, which also count double toward the limit.
