GamerFont is committed to privacy-first design. We believe your gaming usernames, text conversions, and creative work should stay private and under your control.

Data Collection

We collect NO personal data on our servers.

What We DO NOT Collect:

• No email addresses
• No user accounts or registration data
• No usernames or gaming IDs
• No text input or font conversions
• No IP addresses or tracking data
• No cookies for tracking purposes

Local Storage (Your Browser Only)

GamerFont stores the following data locally in your browser only (never sent to our servers):

IndexedDB Storage:

• Favorites: Your saved font styles and text combinations (max 100 items)
• Username Ideas: Gaming usernames you've generated and saved (max 50 items)
• History: Recent text conversions and copies (max 100 items, auto-cleanup)

localStorage:

• User Preferences: Theme settings, sound effects on/off, default category
• Stats: Local-only gamification counters (fonts copied, categories used)

You have full control: Clear this data anytime via your browser settings or our in-app clear button.

No Server-Side Storage

All your text conversions, username generation, and font styling happen 100% in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers or third parties.

Third-Party Services

Ahrefs Web Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics for privacy-friendly website analytics:

• Aggregated data only: Page views, traffic sources, popular pages
• No personal tracking: No user IDs, no cookies, no cross-site tracking
• Privacy-first: Ahrefs does not sell data or use it for advertising

Google AdSense (For Verification)

• Google AdSense verification meta tag is present for future monetization
• No ads are currently displayed
• If ads are added in the future, this policy will be updated

Your Rights

Because we don't collect personal data on our servers, there's nothing to request, delete, or export from us. All your data lives in your browser and you have complete control.

To Clear Your Data:

1. Clear Browser Data: Use browser settings to clear IndexedDB and localStorage
2. In-App Clear: Use GamerFont's "Clear History" or "Clear Favorites" buttons
3. Incognito/Private Mode: Use private browsing to prevent any local storage

Children's Privacy

GamerFont does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we use client-side storage only, parents can monitor and clear browser data at any time.
